CAP is pleased to provide 5 standard rink systems, and the
option to custom design a rink system to your specifications.

CAP Series 1
This is an economy steel frame system specifically designed
for moderate use, low impact rinks where long life at a lower
cost is a key consideration. The frame is fabricated from
3" x 1.5" x 0.100" wall HSS tube for strength,
simplicity and lower cost.
This system is designed to be assembled on site by a community
group using the CAP supplied Assembly & Installation Manual.
The package includes all frame members, players box frames
and all gates and related hardware.
This system must be installed using support posts as structural
elements of the system. It is not a free-standing system.
Options can include a complete puckboard package, glazing,
galvanizing or painting of frames, extra gates and a full
turn-key installation service.

CAP Series 2
For In-Line Hockey or Indoor Soccer. This steel frame system
can be galvanized, powder coated, or prime painted. It anchors
into new or existing concrete slabs. Can be clad with a variety
of puckboard packages; from 0.220" to 0.500" thick,
depending upon the intended use. CAP can supply this system
for self installation, or our team of experienced installers
can provide a turn-key package for you.
CAP Series 3
The best value-for-money rink system on the market today.
The CAP Series 3 is fabricated from durable steel tube and
formed end plates which give this system unsurpassed strength,
yet flexibility remains one of its key points.
This system is available as a full indoor package, which
includes your choice of glazing systems, frames sized to suit
your arena, number of gates and numerous other design choices.
The CAP Series 3 can be readily removed in multi-use facilities.
This is the system of choice for most medium to high traffic
arenas.
As an outdoor system, the CAP Series 3 Outdoor provides the
same superior quality, especially when matched with a full
chain link fencing system and custom made bleachers. The CAP
Series 3 Outdoor features as standard, all UV stabilized Tuffsheet®.
This is the only product we will recommend for use on outdoor
rinks.
All Tuffsheet® is cut in 48" x 48" panels,
with rebated edges to eliminate buckling due to extreme temperature
variances.

CAP Series 3 Outdoor
Pro Series 4
The CAP Series 4 is a fully demountable version of the CAP
Pro Series 3. The standard CAP aluminium glazing post system
can be installed with tempered glass, plexiglass or Lexan®
as options, along with Ad-Board kits, extra gates, electric
lift gates and our full range of standard options.
Pro Series 5
This is the ultimate in rink board systems, featuring a seamless
glass system on a fully demountable aluminum frame for easy
removal and superior operational effectiveness.
The seamless glass system uses the CAP designed continuous
"top slot" system for enhanced strength and safety,
while offering vastly improved sight lines, unwanted puck
bounces and unobstructed viewing of all rink side activities.
As an alternative, the new Clearvision® Lexan® glazing
posts will provide spectators and users of this rink system
with an unmatched visual experience.
All standard CAP options can be integrated into this system,
including bleachers, back-cladding, safety netting and electric
machine gates.
